CAN the US Democratic National Committee (DNC) pull off another big election rig like they did in the 2020 presidential election which Joe Biden allegedly won narrowly in “the biggest presidential vote in US history”.
Will we again witness mysterious late-night or early morning dumps of votes that turn progessively worse Biden vote tallies into sudden victories?
Sleazy Governor Gaven Newsome of California seemed determined to keep the illegal votes flowing in by passing a bizarre law making it illegal to require voters to show ID at the polls.
In other words, you can cheat in California voting with government protection while being told it’s illegal for non-citizens to vote or to vote multiple times.
But California is just one of 14 states that do not require voter ID for elections, making it near impossible to prove fraud in these 14 states, which raises the very serious question of whether they can rig the election in key marginal seats with tens of thousands of bogus votes that can be harvested from the millions of illegal immigrants on various government welfare databases.
If you believe the constant denials by media and Democrats no cheating took place in 2020 due to dozens of rejected lawsuits. But that narrative doesn’t sell like it did four years ago because awareness of and action against vote fraud is on the rise across the US.
This softare is used to create official election results and if being used illegally, looks suspiciously like a vote rigging operation. The investigators say when the illegal canvass process is complete the SOS is having counties download election data from internet-connected SERVIS onto their “secure” election computers. At the same time, in New Mexico, Dominion voting systems have deleted the original election data from their system.
At Trump’s massive return to Butler Pennsylvania rally last week Musk repeatedly pleaded with the crowd to text friends and associates immediately to register to vote.
Cyber Security expert Clay Parikh testified about the encryption key security issue and other security issues found after the 2020 election before the US Supreme Court in the Kari Lake and Mark Finchem v. Adrian Fontes case in Arizona.
An affidavit filed in the lawsuit from a computer forensics and incident response expert Benjamin Cotton notes that the State of Georgia had failed ot address known “critical vulnerabilities” in Dominion Voting System’s ability “to secure the encryption keys”. Cotton had found Coffee County’s Election Management System (EMS) after the 2020 election revealed “evidence that executable files were created and modified after the Dominion Voting Software (DVS) was installed and certified.”
His affidavit stated that the security violations are akin to “having the most secure vault in the world, touting how secure it is to the public and then taping the combination in large font type on the wall next to the vault door. Anyone with local or remote access to the system, including authorized or unauthorized users, can obtain the certificates and keys and once obtained the entire election can be compromised.”
In early January 2021, when then President Trump’s team discovered massive vote tally discrepancies in Georgia and other key states that had allegedly turned on him in favour of Biden, Trump and associates made an hour-long call to the RINO Republican Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger inquiring about major discrepancies there.
Media, of course, were unanimous and gloating that Biden had won “fairly and squarely” because, apparently, vote fraud doesn’t happen in the United State of America. It only happens in those third world dictatorships and how outrageous it was of Trump to accuse the noble, honest and upstanding Democrats of fraud – regardless of the fact that they had been caught in the act by undercover journalist James O’Keefe – among others.
Trump’s team had estimates that up to 50,000 people had gone to vote but were told they couldn’t vote because they’ve already been voted for. Apparently, the big rig was in the postal voting and Trump’s losing margin in the state was a mere 11,799 votes.
Trump explained to Raffensperger they knew for certain of 4502 voters who voted but weren’t on the voter registration list in addition to 18,325 vacant address voters. Therefore the Democrats’ 11,799 margin was seriously in doubt. Media spun this as Trump “trying to find 11,000 votes”, implying he was trying to con Raffensperger into “finding votes” to get him across the line.
Trump went on to actually name an alleged Democrat “vote scammer”. “She’s a vote scammer, a professional vote scammer and hustler [name],” he said. He went on to talk about the “broken water main” incident that led to a polling station being vacated, and then the same vote scammer coming back in the morning to count votes in a suspicious, non-standard container he suspected had been placed there hours earlier.
But Raffensperger, a slick, bought and paid-for political operative was never going to co-operate and make himself look bad by going against the media’s trumpeted narrative that Georgia had already been lost by Trump and he was trying to “find votes” to get it back.
From then on, the media’s repeated talking point was “Trump’s false claims of election fraud”. Most courts were simply unwilling to take on cases straight after an election, that countered the narrative that “Biden had won in a landslide”. Judges simply dismissed most complaints on technical grounds such as having “no standing”, i.e. insufficient connection to and harm from the law or action challenged.
But there were other cases, such as the ones we referred to previously in Colorado and others in Georgia, that quietly advanced over months and years, but were seldom mentioned. Organisations such as True the Vote, also worked tirelessly behind the scenes challenging various corrupt election practices and offering special apps to track voting incidents.
A major win in Georgia was last month when the Georgia State Election Board (GSEB) approved the hand-counting of ballots for the upcoming presidential election in November. The contested ballot counting rule mandates that poll workers count the total number of ballots, not voters, by hand.
The process requires three separate poll workers to count the ballots until all counts align, with ballots grouped into piles of 50. Any discrepancies must be documented and addressed by the poll manager. If a scanner holds more than 750 ballots, the counting may be deferred to the next day.
However, Georgia Democrats argued that this rule violates state law and “could lead to chaos” after polls close and vote counting begins. This led the DNC and the Georgia Democratic Party, with support from the campaign of Vice President Kamala Harris, to file a lawsuit against the GSEB for allegedly overstepping its authority when it passed this rule.
“If the Hand Count Rule is allowed to go into effect, the general election will not be orderly and uniform – large counties will face significant delays in reporting vote counts, election officials will struggle to implement new procedures at the last minute, poll workers will not have been trained on the new rule because it was adopted too late, and the security of the ballots themselves will be put at risk,” DNC lawyers and other Democrats wrote in the complaint.
The Democrats, projecting as usual and repeating the MSM narrative, also claim that delays caused by hand-counting “would provide an opportunity for false claims of voter fraud”. And so, their lawsuit stated: “To protect the sanctity of the state’s laws and to prevent election night chaos, this Court should declare that the Hand Count Rule exceeds SEB’s statutory authority and enjoin that rule from going into effect.”
A group named Eternal Vigilance Action, led by former Republican State Representative Scot Turner (Holly Springs), amended a lawsuit against the GSEB to also challenge the rule, but for constitutional reasons.
Eternal Vigilance Action was already suing GSEB over earlier rules related to the certification of election results, including one rule mandating a “reasonable inquiry” into the validity of election results before certification, and another that allows election officials to scrutinize all documentation from the election process.
