The Justice Department recently declared the Epstein case closed, stating there is no client list and no evidence of blackmail. Trump’s reaction was immediate. He told the Journal, “This is not me. This is a fake thing. It’s a fake Wall Street Journal story. I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women. It’s not my language. It’s not my words.” He added, “I’m gonna sue The Wall Street Journal just like I sued everyone else.” No lawsuit has been filed yet. The White House has not released the letter or confirmed its existence. Vice President JD Vance called the story “complete and utter bullshit” and said the Journal never showed the letter to the administration before publishing.
