Trump’s decision to scrap Biden’s Electric Vehicle tax credits has thrown automakers into confusion, leaving companies like Ford rethinking their massive EV investments.
Ford CEO Jim Farley called it an “awkward moment” and said the U.S. needs to rebuild its “essential economy,” the workers who build, move, and fix things.
He added that America can’t lead in AI if it forgets how to make real products, while doctors are already using AI to speed up diagnoses and research.
As Washington flips policies like pancakes, the rest of the country is trying to figure out how to mix steel and silicon.
