AUSTRALIAN Associated Press is still “fact checking” content on Facebook and a recent instance concerning claims made about the WHO Pandemic Treaty is a study in how fact checkers can mislead the public on important issues.
It is also a lesson in how sensational, half-baked claims made by activists (or disinformation agents) provide the opportunity for fact checkers to discredit them.
The AAP fact checkers picked on a Facebook post of a leaflet warning that the WHO, when, and if it declares a global health emergency, will force entire populations to get vaccinated, take over the country’s resources, use police and military to enforce the WHO mandates and send in UN troops if the country does not cooperate.
As far as we know this is not an accurate portrayal of actual WHO powers. But what the Pandemic Treaty should not be seen in isolation. It only reinforces the existing WHO International Health Regulations that impose upon the signatory government a type of administrative dictatorship i.e. an entire 91-pages of bureaucratic rules and regulations that the country is obliged to abide by.
The extent of this imposed bureaucracy is revealed in reading the following section (Annex 1) of the WHO International Health Regulations.
A. CORE CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS FOR SURVEILLANCE AND RESPONSE
- States Parties shall utilize existing national structures and resources to meet their core capacity
requirements under these Regulations, including with regard to:
(a) their surveillance, reporting, notification, verification, response and collaboration
activities; and
(b) their activities concerning designated airports, ports and ground crossings. - Each State Party shall assess, within two years following the entry into force of these Regulations
for that State Party, the ability of existing national structures and resources to meet the minimum
requirements described in this Annex. As a result of such assessment, States Parties shall develop and implement plans of action to ensure that these core capacities are present and functioning throughout their territories as set out in paragraph 1 of Article 5 and paragraph 1 of Article 13. - States Parties and WHO shall support assessments, planning and implementation processes under
this Annex. - At the local community level and/or primary public health response level
The capacities:
(a) to detect events involving disease or death above expected levels for the particular time and
place in all areas within the territory of the State Party; and
(b) to report all available essential information immediately to the appropriate level of
health-care response. At the community level, reporting shall be to local community health-care
institutions or the appropriate health personnel. At the primary public health response level,
reporting shall be to the intermediate or national response level, depending on organizational
structures. For the purposes of this Annex, essential information includes the following: clinical
descriptions, laboratory results, sources and type of risk, numbers of human cases and deaths,
conditions affecting the spread of the disease and the health measures employed; and
(c) to implement preliminary control measures immediately
The text of this entire 91-pages is quite clear: Once some type of “global health emergency” is discovered, then all signatory countries must immediately implement a detailed course of action that will inevitably involve a large bureaucracy taking over the health system according to rules set by the WHO.
It not only takes over the health system, but imposes totalitarian controls on the movement of people, hence its reference to “activities concerning designated airports, ports and ground crossings”.
The fact checkers use their rebuttal of the overstatement of the leaflet that “an international pandemic treaty will allow the World Health Organization to dictate health policy in member countries” to distract from and minimize the actual takeover of health systems in Covid-like so-called health emergencies.
“Anti-globalists say a proposed international pandemic treaty will give the World Health Organization (WHO) control over health policy in member nations,” the fact checkers state.
“The claim is false. The treaty’s draft wording specifically states members will retain sovereignty over domestic health matters. Experts say the UN agency has no power to enforce its recommendations in member countries.”
So, of course, the AAP fact checkers verdict on the claim is “False. The draft treaty specifically states member countries will retain sovereignty over domestic health matters.” Yes, member states run their own domestic health matters but as soon as a matter becomes one of “global concern” the WHO takes over.
So contrary to what the fact checkers and various academics and politicians they cite say, the WHO is a real threat to the health sovereignty of nations because we know that the Covid pandemic was a planned operation from the start with the objective of imposing totalitarian controls over populations – the objective laid out in globalist documents like the Rockefeller Foundation’s notorious lockdown model proposed in a 2010 report.
In politics and law, once a precedent is set, it is much easier to repeat the action. Countries that fall into line with the Pandemic Treaty during the next “plandemic” are more than likely going to leave the WHO bureaucratic infrastructure in place. After all, are not all “health issues” global health issues?
One only need visit the WHO’s page on X or other social media to see how they are keenly involved in all health issues from mental health to the latest influenza viral infection.
But on a broader scale the statement on the flyer that “It is the literal world government” is accurate. For instance in 2021 a plan to roll out digital vaccination certificates was revealed in the document “Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates: Vaccination Status,” funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation. In effect is was a plan to to usher in a global digital ID under the excuse of fighting “COVID19”.
AAP’s selective fact-checking does not necessarily do a service to truth. They were correct to say the claims were “inaccurate” but they failed to employ big-picture discernment. Globalism is real and the WHO is major part of a globalist network that seeks to impose not only population (ie birth) control but ever-increasing controls on human populations and sovereign nations.
The 2020 to 2022 pandemic was a demonstration and outworking of those objectives.
