The emboldened Labour advisers to the PM are pushing hard for an early (‘snap’) election next year, to perpetuate their disastrous rule over Britain.

“Several senior members of Andy Burnham’s team believe that calling an election in spring would give Labour the best chance of another majority.
A constituency-level poll released on Thursday by YouGov showed Labour would remain the largest party if an election were called tomorrow but fall 85 seats short of a majority.
[…] One senior government source told The Telegraph there was a ‘diverse opinion across Government’ over the timing of the next election but said Labour would be ‘naive not to be contemplating all scenarios’.
Those in favor of a spring election are understood to believe that the 2024 Labour manifesto has left the party with ‘one hand tied behind our back’ because of its strict red lines on taxation, the fiscal rules and Britain rejoining the EU customs union and single market.”
