“CHEMTRAIL” hysteria is peaking around Australia, if postings on social media are any indication, and if these postings are to be believed, the entire population of Australia and the world, is being deliberately sprayed by poison on a daily basis, or at least on those days when the white streaks of jet contrails are visible across the skies.
Jim Lee, an American who debated geoengineers on their own forums between 2009 and 2013, published his research highlighting the issue on several websites, his main one being Climate Viewer News. Lee then encountered a chorus of people asking him about “chemtrails”, which he subsequently investigated.
“Today, the most common answer I get is ‘a contrail is a short line that disappears quickly and a chemtrail does not disappear and blocks out the sun’. This is an oversimplification of the terms,” he told Graham Hood and John Larter on Club Grubbery.
Lee also explained on Del Bigtree’s The Highwire (video above) that there was an element of “slave speak” involved in the semantics around the topic. “Slave speak is a language that maintains a master-slave relationship. It is the use of high-level descriptors, that are highly argumentative, have different means to different individuals based on their individual perceptions.”
So in simplistic terms “chemtrail” means chemical trail and “contrail” means water vapour. But in fact all cloud formation requires particulate matter and this is often provided by the burnt jet fuel in certain atmospheric conditions that can be identified by military in order for jets to avoid making contrails.
He says the most common jet fuel A1, produces soot particles that act as cloud condensation nuclei and also contain all of the metals seen on the periodic table. Once this artificial cloud fans out, it becomes a cirrus cloud.
Lee says the core issue around “the great chemtrail conspiracy” is intent, and with military weather modification, the intent is clear. “But back to commercial aviation, the 130 to 150,000 thousand flights per day, the 15 million barrels of jet fuel per day, just in the United States that are burnt, I wanted to find that smoking gun, that memo, that intent, and it came to me in 2010.”
That was when Lee discovered a statement from Germany’s space agency, that was discussing the idea of using and regulating contrails as a method of combatting alleged climate change. The idea was to encourage “shielding” of the earth from sun during the day and avoiding the creation of contrails at night using a computer software system called the Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT).
Lee noted that the Biden administration had just released a report on solar radiation modification. Its three areas of focus were stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), marine cloud brightening (MCB) and cirrus cloud thinning (CCT).
“So what you have here is a grand conspiracy between the scientists, who are trying to, as they would put it, mitigate global warming impacts from aviation. But in reality what they’re doing is turning what’s been 60 to 80 years of pollution into an active geoengineering program.”
Lee is adamant that claims about Nexrad and Doppler weather radars being mini-HAARP installations are plain wrong, as are suggestions that airline pilots get secret orders from “Chemtrail Central” to switch on sprays over certain areas.
“We have to recognise that a lot of the arguments made on both sides for and against are ridiculous on their face,” he told Hood. He gave as an example the claim by Dane Wigington that WW2 B-17 bombers were involved in weather modification, when in fact the contrails they made were formed aerodynamically by air on wing tips and propeller action in moist air.
“The guys that got shot out of the sky probably didn’t want big freaking great white lines pointing at the plane they were in, because if I was sitting in the gunner’s seat the last thing I would want is a big line behind me going ‘here I am’, shoot me, which is why today we have contrail suppression systems on all stealth bombers (and other military aircraft).”
This means that few, if any military aircraft are sighted by eye from the ground leaving only commercial passenger aircraft making the visible contrails. And these, says Lee, are not merely ice crystals, but also soot particles that when superheated and pressurized create a graphene coating. Sulphur dioxide is another byproduct.
Lee went on to explain how chaff released from military aircraft had been claimed as being sprayed from commercial jets. “You Graham Hood, you’re spraying plastic fibres and metal on everybody. That’s how dumb it’s gotten,” he said.
But Lee did outline various weather modification methods used by the US military, including the notorious Operation Popeye in Vietnam, and cloud creation technology using carbon black dust designed to block out satellite observations and moonlight.
One website he ran was weathermodificationhistory.com, one of the most extensive resources on the history of weather modification starting around 1850. It has more than 850 newspaper articles alone going back to the 1880s.
The technology from about 1850 to 1945 was called pluvaculture, and involved things such as cones that would transmit explosive sound waves into clouds. These Steiger vortex cones can be seen today in Charleville, western Queensland. Cloud and hurricane seeding began in 1947 with silver iodide being dropped from planes.
Lee, explained that modern weather modification technology was now way beyond silver iodide cloud seeding, with companies such as Australian Rain Technology creating negatively charged ions in the atmosphere to China employing thousands of ground-based devices in the Tibetan desert.
The biggest weather modification project is in the United Arab Emirates.
It’s also interesting to know that the first issue with contrail pollution occurred over Palm Springs, California in the late 1950s, when the contrail concentration noticeably cut sunlight hours at the popular resort.
