WEST Australian common law advocates have again attempted to give notice to their state parliament that they are sitting illegally as a corporation. Common law sheriffs across Australia will also be giving the same notice to other state parliaments over the next two months.
The issue is being raised in a 400-page document of orders from a group proclaiming itself “the Crown and people of superior jurisdiction”. Common law sheriff Alan Wallace said the parliament had refused for two years to take the paperwork.
It contains instructions to the politicians sitting in the WA Parliament, that lawfully belongs to the people of WA, that they are not sitting in a Constitutional parliament but a dictatorship operating as a corporation or company. “And they refuse to get out and are making your lives and our lives a misery,” said Wallace.
He was referring to state government impositions such as traffic fines, rates and property taxes and a growing list of registration demands for activities once considered a lawful right rather than something requiring state government approvals.
The instructions were for the politicians to leave until a proper constitutional parliament is set up. “The people are rising and we’re feeling the energy and the sheriffs have been tasked with delivering these Grand Jury orders that we are operating under.
Former Senator Rod Culleton joined with Wallace outside the parliament and commended the group “for doing their homework”. Wallace said a lot of people around Australia had been talking about this for the past 30 years and now it was “coming to the boil and people are realising what we’ve been saying”.
“This is our chance and this is the year. The stars are aligning, so to speak. We’re in Aquarius. It is the year of 24, it is the time to take back our country, our resources, our God-given right to live and breath and not be treated as corporate entities and fictions that they toss about and basically keep us in a system of slavery.”
Wallace said he group were not whackos but people who wanted their country back in lawful hands. “We want this country back for you, we want your future back. We want everyone’s future back and we want the wealth of this country going into your pockets, not somebody else’s.”
Also at the Parliament was Kelly Newton-Wordsworth, a former law student, who has written a song called Wake Up Australia, raising the very same issues raised by the common law sheriffs.
“Did you know our country is not a nation but a corporation; the time has come to take a stand for every child, woman and man,” a line from the song goes.
Newton-Wordsworth said the song also refers to the year 1973, when the Whitlam government passed legislation undermining the lawful status of the Commonwealth and unlawfully changing the title of the constitutional monarch to “Queen of Australia”.
“I studied constitutional law and until I heard Senator Rodney Culleton speaking, I actually realised I had learned nothing at law school. I had no idea of even my rights. I realised that this brainwashing had happened in our nation for years.”
Newton-Wordsworth referred to the book Red Over Black by former Communist Party of Australia member Geoff McDonald, as an example of how Australia has been stolen by becoming a corporation registered in the US. A video version of the book featuring McDonald is also available on YouTube.
Culleton said he was supporting the common law sheriffs because they had studied Australia’s history and “once you understand history you understand how this country runs” and as a former senator he had experienced the beauty of simply being chosen by the people without having special qualifications to do so.
“You simply have to go in there and follow the law. So it’s like a multiple-choice questionnaire … it tells you all the boxes to tick, that’s what you must follow under law and that’s what I’ve done.”
Culleton said the the Constitution is a Commonwealth Act “and the founding deeds to this great nation and we must appreciate that, and currently the country is being run under Acts that aren’t constitutional requirements (such as) the Australia Act 1986 for the states that is subordinate to our founding deeds and the Constitution is what gives us the right to call ourselves Australian – that’s our title deeds to our country in effect.”
He said Australians cannot abuse what has been given by those who went before us. “And while we allow a country to move away from its founding deed and the great laws that we have ratified or our previous forefathers have ratified.”
As Culleton made the point that “you can only be granted a right if you’re back under your law, and if we don’t exercise such rights we then forfeit such rights” a police helicopter hovered above him and those gathered prompting him to comment: “I am a person of interest with the WA police and rightly so. I am an Australian, I am a former senator, I have other federal senators ratifying what I’m saying and I have the infrastructure that shows that what I’m doing is correct.”
