The Department of Justice says there’s no client list. A memo released July 7 claims investigators found no evidence Epstein kept records of who he trafficked girls to. The FBI reviewed over 300 gigabytes of data, including 10,000 videos and images. They say nothing in that pile points to a list. They also say Epstein died by suicide in 2019. That’s the official line.
Maxwell’s camp disagrees. According to sources cited by DailyMail, she’s “more than happy to sit before Congress and tell her story.” She’s the only person convicted in connection to Epstein’s operation. No one else has been charged. No one else has testified. She says no one from the government has ever asked her to share what she knows.

The timing matters. Maxwell’s Supreme Court appeal is pending. The DOJ’s response is due July 14. She argues her prosecution violated a 2007 non-prosecution agreement Epstein signed in Florida. That deal protected his co-conspirators. She says she was one of them. Her lawyers say the case would’ve been dismissed in other circuits.
Trump’s base is watching closely. Attorney General Pam Bondi promised transparency. In February, she said the Epstein files were “on her desk.” Then came the DOJ memo saying there’s no list.
