THE alleged 2020 election win by the non-campaigning Joe Biden was “a coup”, according to independent US investigators who have filed a complaint with the US Supreme Court over allegations of election fraud. The investigators say the Democrats will again seek to defraud American voters in the 2024 election.
Those making the allegations accuse Trump’s former Attorney General Bill Barr as being at the centre of that coup. Others accused were Inspector General Horowitz, FBI director Christopher Wray, Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen, Attorney General Merrick Garland and Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
All are accused of conspiring to obstruct federal investigations and participating in massive election fraud. A formal criminal charge has been filed against Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro the former Attorney General, for obstructing of investigations, and collusion and participation of massive election fraud.
Petitioners Gregory Stenstrom and Leah Hoopes have filed a Writ of Certiorari with the Supreme Court against the respondent, the Delaware County Board of Elections. These writs are meant for rare use, by which an appellate court decides to review a case at its discretion. The word certiorari comes from Law Latin and means “to be more fully informed.
So, a writ of certiorari orders a lower court to deliver its record in a case so that the higher court may review it. The US Supreme Court uses certiorari to select most of the cases it hears. However, the common law writ may be abrogated or controlled entirely by statute or court rules.
Joe Hoft, commenting on the case on Lindell TV, described the allegations as shocking, and revealing the activities of “absolute gangsters and criminal mafia crooks”. Hoft is the twin brother of Jim Hoft, editor of The Gateway Pundit.
Leah Hoopes was a Republican Party committee member in Delaware and was also a poll worker in the 2020 elections. She went to the Chester vote counting centre “one of the many counting centres across the country that was infiltrated by communists and where we encountered election fraud and reported it to the DOJ and pretty much everyone we could think of,” she told Joe Hoft.
“Since then we’ve been politically persecuted in the courts, we’ve been shut down, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office sent agents to our home, we’ve had the FBI at my house, we’ve been harrassed, sued in countless courts.”
Greg Stenstrom, a US Navy veteran with special operations experience, is now an IT specialist, with expertise in fraud investigations that have recovered more than $2 billion and resulted in jailings from corruption prosecutions.
Hoopes and Stenstrom were successful co-defendants with President Trump in one of the many election-related cases launched against him. “We were co-defendants with President Trump (and Rudi Giuliani) and self-represented, and quite frankly Leah and I won that case and were exonerated … using truth as a complete, affirmative defence,” he said.
Stenstrom said the facts are that there was an inter-agency effort to obstruct federal investigations into election fraud – massive election fraud – and what we had in 2020 … I can say today with great veracity and gravitas, it was a coup and Bill Barr was at the centre of that coup among another group called The Council … which includes the Inspector General Horowitz and includes the FBI and Deputy Directors of the FBI, Christopher Wray now, and it included the US Attorney Generals which was Barr, then Rosen, now Merrick Garland.
“So these people are obstructing these investigations. They retaliate against witnesses.” Stenstrom said they all the evidence he and Hoopes had gathered, filed a disclosure with Congressman Jim Jordan and the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee last July.
He said the disclosure contained very specific, substantiated and detailed charges and allegations and most recently, after a three-year investigation, he and Hoopes and a group they worked with, submitted formal charges to the Pennsylvania Attorney General, who is now Michelle Henry, against Governor Shapiro, the former Attorney General. Henry has a duty to investigate.
Stenstrom said AG Henry must refer the charges to Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is involved in prosecutions against Trump. “It’s quite the mess because it requires the federal offices and the state agencies including the Federal Attorney General’s office, District Attorney’s office, Inspector General’s office.
“It requires all of them to investigate and the biggest problem is they’ve had their own documents all the time. We used their own emails, their own documents, their own tax (records). They incriminate all of them … People ask me what can come of it and I can say from experience that prison will come out of it. Eventually someone will go to prison. This isn’t something that will be swept aside.”
Hoopes went on to explain to Hoft that in the transfer of power, the incoming Attorney General inherited all the legal information held by the outgoing AG. Therefore Bill Barr was in possession of credible election fraud allegations from whistleblowers from multiple states.
After Barr issued a memo on November 9th, 2020, asking the state attorneys general to investigate “credible allegations of election fraud” the Democrat state attorneys tried to get the memo rescinced in order to “clear the decks”. Then, 12 days after Biden’s inauguration, the new US Attorneys Office officials did the job and issued a memo to rescind Barr’s memo.
The lawyer largely responsible for that, Matthew Colangelo, then left the US office, taking a massive pay cut, to work with the New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and launched the bogus New York lawfare cases against Trump. Colangelo, who also worked with the Obama administration, was described by Hoft as “a snake”.
So, a lawyer, who worked for both the Obama and Biden administrations, was working in New York to launch some of the most diabolical and fraudulent court actions in US history against a former Republican president. Media, of course, reported the cases as actions by New York state authorities.
Stenstrom told Hoft that there were people within the Trump organisation who were seeking to harm his next presidential bid. “They’re desperate to keep us away from anyone who can listen and act on what Leah and I have already found and entered into the public record, entered into the courts. It’s irrefutable, it’s never been disputed, they’ve tried and we’ve had the evidence of massive election fraud – how they did it and how they’re going to do it again. They’re going to do it again in November.”
Stenstrom and Hoopes filed their first federal lawsuit earlier this month. It alleges the use of election machines to subvert and cheat in a massive way. They are also filing four other federal lawsuits explaining how mail-in ballots are used to cheat and how centralised counting centres are used to secure the cheating.
