The Netherlands Court of Appeal has rejected an appeal from Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, et al. to disallow expert witnesses from giving evidence on behalf of injured plaintiffs in civil proceedings asserting that the COVID mRNA injections are bioweapons and genocide crimes were committed.
This appeal was about allowing witnesses to testify at the trial court. The five potential witnesses in the case are Dr. Michael Yeadon, Catherine Austin Fitts, Katherine Watt, Sasha Latypova, and Dr. Joseph Sansone.
Rejection of the appeal relates to a lawsuit filed in 2023 by seven people injured by COVID-19 vaccines. One of the victims has since died. According to Dutch newspaper De Andere Krant, the lawsuit centers around the question “of whether the COVID-19 injections are a bioweapon.”
Bill Gates and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla will have to appear in person in the Netherlands to testify at a hearing in the COVID-19 vaccine injury lawsuit, a Dutch court ruled late last year.
The court order relates to a lawsuit filed in 2023 by seven people injured by COVID-19 vaccines. One of the victims has since died.
The lawsuit centers around the question “of whether the COVID-19 injections are a bioweapon,” Dutch newspaper De Andere Krant reported. In addition to Gates and Bourla, the suit names 15 other defendants, including former Dutch prime minister and current NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, the Dutch state, and several Dutch public health officials and journalists.
The Australian Government in particular the former LNP government of Scott Morrison had better take notice that the outcome of this landmark case will have deadly ramifications for governments worldwide and for many tens of thousands of potential litigants killed or injured by Covid mRNA, gene-altering vaccines in Australia.
This case will have serious implications for mRNA veterinary vaccines being developed for livestock supported by NFF, Cattle Australia, MLA and all states’ agricultural departments.
Big pharma and the Australian Medical Association should brace themselves for a class action that will make thalidomide injuries and compensation fade into oblivion.
The outcome of this case will be as toxic as the vaccines to those who pushed them.
